You will receive the refund within 3 to 12 working days via the same payment method used to purchase the item from the moment we accept the return in our warehouse. We will send you an e-mail to confirm the return.
Remember, for returns by post, you will be responsible for the postage costs.
Please note that if you used the payment method Cash on delivery, we will need your bank details. If this is the case, please make sure you have entered your details correctly in My Account > Refunds. If you made the purchase as a guest, access Refunds through your order details in My Purchases.
