Exchanges and returns
You have 30 days from the dispatch date to exchange or return your order.
Help us reduce the impact of transport by taking your order to your nearest store.
Simply present the return form you received with your order at the checkout or the barcode you'll find in My Purchases on your mobile phone.
Complete the online request, indicating the items you wish to return. Please note that you will have to pay the cost of the return. Once requested, the carrier will send you the return label or return code by e-mail.
Return your order by post, sending it to the address you will find in Help.
In this case, we will not cover the cost of returning the parcel.
