Return to delivery point

Complete the online request in My purchases. You will only need to provide your order number and the e-mail you used to make the purchase. Before finishing, you will need to pay the cost of the return, which is 60 kr.

Once requested, the carrier will send you the return label or code by e-mail.

Prepare your return step by step:
  • It is not necessary to use the original packaging; you can use any box or bag.
  • Make sure the items are protected and the package is properly sealed.
  • Include the return form in the package. If you need to download it again, you can find it in My Purchases > Exchanges and returns.
Once you have requested the return, you have 10 business days to deliver the package to your nearest Direct Link delivery point.
