Return to delivery point

Complete the online request in My purchases. You will only need to provide your order number and the e-mail you used to make the purchase. Before finishing, you will need to pay the cost of the return, which is £ 2.95.

Once requested, the carrier will send you the return label or code by e-mail.

• It is not necessary to use the original packaging; you can use any box or bag.
• Make sure the items are protected and the package is properly sealed.
• Include the return form in the package. If you need to download it again, you can find it in My Purchases > Exchanges and returns.

Once you have requested the return, you have 10 business days to deliver the package to your nearest Royal Mail delivery point.
